No Cooling & AC Repair
Diagnosis of air conditioners that will not start, run without cooling normally, shut down unexpectedly, or cannot keep up with the cooling load.
Windsor AC & Cooling Service
Hyland diagnoses air conditioners and heat pumps in Windsor for no cooling, weak or uneven cooling, airflow problems, thermostat and control faults, condensate issues, outdoor-unit symptoms, and other cooling failures.
Windsor cooling services
Diagnosis of air conditioners that will not start, run without cooling normally, shut down unexpectedly, or cannot keep up with the cooling load.
Poor room-to-room comfort, weak airflow, restricted airflow, and cooling-performance concerns that may involve more than the outdoor unit.
Thermostat response, wiring and control troubleshooting, cycling problems, and equipment that does not respond correctly to a call for cooling.
Diagnosis when the outdoor unit does not run, starts and stops, makes unusual noise, or shows other electrical or component-related symptoms.
Cooling-system drainage and condensate problems, water around equipment, and shutdowns related to drainage conditions.
Heat-pump cooling diagnosis plus repair-vs-replacement planning that considers equipment condition, airflow, electrical needs, refrigerant piping, drainage, controls, and access.
Windsor code + inspection context
The Town of Windsor states that the 2024 I-Codes became effective January 1, 2026. New applicable permit work is reviewed under that code set, including the 2024 International Mechanical Code and International Energy Conservation Code as adopted and amended by Windsor.
Windsor states that there is no Town contractor-license requirement for contractors generally. Plumbing and electrical contractors are treated differently because current State of Colorado licensing is required for those trades.
Building inspection requests are routed through SAFEbuilt. For an AC or heat-pump replacement, that means the equipment, electrical requirements, refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, airflow, controls, clearances, and other applicable installation details should be planned around the current permit and inspection requirements rather than treated as a simple condenser swap.
Heat-pump service
If the system heats but will not cool, cools but will not heat, develops abnormal outdoor icing, or has defrost or mode-change problems, use the dedicated Windsor heat-pump service page.
Repair or replace
When repair is reasonable, Hyland explains the repair path. When replacement is justified, we consider airflow, electrical requirements, refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, controls, access, equipment condition, permit and inspection requirements, and the rest of the installation as one scope.

Windsor states that there is no Town contractor-license requirement for contractors generally. The Town separately requires current Colorado state licensing for plumbing and electrical contractors.
Windsor directs building inspection requests to SAFEbuilt. Inspection scheduling and timing should be coordinated through the Town’s current building-permit process.
A running system can still have airflow, control, electrical, refrigerant-related, drainage, or equipment-performance problems. Hyland narrows the actual cause before recommending repair.
Yes. Hyland diagnoses and services heat pumps for cooling and related control, airflow, outdoor-unit, and performance problems.
Yes. We consider the actual failure, equipment condition, repeat repairs, airflow, electrical requirements, refrigerant piping, drainage, controls, permit and inspection requirements, and the surrounding installation before explaining the practical options.
Yes. Hyland can plan AC replacement and evaluate equipment selection, airflow, electrical requirements, refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, controls, access, permit requirements, and inspection as part of the installation scope.
